HOW DO WE SELECT THE WINE?

Each bottle of wine is carefully selected by a our fonder and wine expert, who uses their knowledge and expertise to choose high quality, good value and most importantly…integrity.

DO TASTING NOTES COME WITH THE WINE?

No, however tasting notes are available upon request via email to info@woodthorpewines.co.uk

IS YOUR PACKAGING ECO FRIENDLY?

Yes. Woodthorpe Wines we are conscious of the environment and strive to be as eco friendly as possible. Where possible, we endeavour to opt for recyclable packaging materials. We look to improve this further with the suppliers we work with. We have also considered the eco impact in relation to our delivery. We select couriers that share our values with regard to reducing emissions.

WHAT ARE THE P&P COSTS?

P&P is free locally, postage fees are disclosed on the delivery section of your order.

WHAT IS THE AVERAGE DELIVERY TIME?

We will send out your order as soon as possible and we aim to ensure your delivery arrives within a week. However, it sometimes takes a little longer as we are working with some artisanal vineyards. We will inform you when we ship your order.

DO YOU LET US KNOW WHEN YOU ARE ABOUT TO DELIVER YOUR ORDER?

Yes, working together with our courier company we will email you when we are about to send the order out. You will also be provided with a shipping reference to track your order.

WHAT HAPPENS IF A BOTTLE IS BROKEN?

Please let us know by email info@woodthorpewines.co.uk and we will send you a replacement or offer an alternative solution at your convenience.
