We will, of course, refund any bottle that is corked, reduced, oxidised, has brett or any other fault.  If you have one of these, please email info@woodthorpewines.co.uk and we will be pleased to help in a prompt manner.

We offer cash refund, store credit or replacement products at your convenience.

We do not offer refunds if you simply change your mind about your order. You must be over 18 to buy any of our products.
