Don PX 2003, Toro Albala, Montilla-Moriles. 37.5cl
Weighing in at 400 grams of sugar per litre with over 20 years of ageing behind it. This is deep and very instance. Liquid mince pies spring to mind with a deep chocolaty palate and an almost infinitely long finish.

A serious wine experience
This wine is made from sun dried grapes then fermented and left to age on old American oak barrels for 20 years. Rocking in at 389 grams of sugar per litre. This is the perfect accompaniment to chocolate dishes or even strong blue cheese. If you’re feeling extra lavish you can also poor this all over some vanilla ice cream for the ultimate flavour sensation.
