Salmon-pink with tiny bubbles. Fresh summer berries including cranberry and redcurrant meet stone fruits and the mousse is soft and creamy on the palate.

After hand picking, the grapes were whole bunch pressed to obtain the finest juice.  The juice was fermented at a cool temperature to retain the natural aromas.

A tiny amount of still red wine was added to the expedition liqueur at tirage.  This resulted in a delightful soft pink sparkling rosé wine.
