The Tajinaste Winery emerged in 1977 as a generational changeover to a wine-growing tradition of the García Farráis family. The vineyards are included in the Denomination of Origin Valle de La Orotava. The oldest strains, of the Listán Negro and Listán Blanco varieties, were planted around 1914, with a unique conduction system called “Multiple braided cord”. For several years they have been working on the cultivation of autochthonous varieties in simple cordon and Royat, which will soon give fruit to new projects.
